These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meta ad-policy review service and related websites operated by Simple Fast Funnels ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing credits or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
We provide an expert review of advertising copy against Meta's Advertising Standards. Each review consumes one (1) credit per ad copy submitted. Reviews identify likely policy issues and may include suggested revisions. The service is advisory only.
2. No guarantee of approval
Meta Platforms, Inc. is the sole authority over whether an ad is approved, rejected, or an account is restricted or disabled. We do not guarantee that any ad will be approved, that an account will not be actioned, or that a disabled account will be reinstated. Our review reduces common risks but cannot control Meta's decisions.
3. Credits & payment
- Credits are sold in packages and are charged as a one-time payment at checkout.
- One credit is deducted for each ad copy submitted for review.
- Credits do not expire.
- All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise, and payment is processed by our third-party payment provider.
4. Refunds
Because credits deliver a digital review service, unused credits may be eligible for a refund at our discretion within a reasonable period of purchase. Credits that have already been used to complete a review are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact [email protected].
5. Acceptable use
You agree to submit only content you have the right to use, and not to use the service for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes. You are solely responsible for the ad content you publish and for compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies.
6. Intellectual property
All materials, branding, and software that make up the service are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for your own advertising activities.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost ad spend, lost revenue, or account actions taken by Meta. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the credits at issue.
8. Not affiliated with Meta
Simple Fast Funnels is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. "Meta", "Facebook", and "Instagram" are trademarks of their respective owners.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
